• We do NOT ask for or collect your BVN.
• We do NOT collect ID card scans beyond what is required for explicit KYC.
• We do NOT collect financial account details beyond payout details for drivers and affiliates.
• We do NOT collect biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Account operation, authentication, and profile management.
• Processing orders, RFQs, quotations, and BOQ projects.
• Notifications about your orders, bookings, and account events.
• Safety, fraud prevention, and platform analytics.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. Your information is shared only between matched transaction parties (for example, a matched driver sees the client's delivery contact details) and with competent authorities where legally required.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.
